Terms and conditions
THE PRICES INCLUDE: Daily cleaning (except Sundays), final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, access to the SPA, bike storage, ski room with ski boot dryer, washing machine for shared use, garage.
TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax of Euro 3.80 per person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old. For Ciasa Agreiter and Ciasa Picenin 61 the tourist tax is Euro 2.30 per person per day.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: The suites are available starting from 3 p.m. on the check-in day until 10 a.m. on the check-out day. We kindly ask our guests to inform us if the expected check-in time is after 6 p.m.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit, that should be completed within 10 days from the date of reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa).
OUR CANCELLATION TERMS: In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, no penalty is applied. For cancellations communicated between 4 - 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price is charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the total price is charged. In case of late arrival or early departure the price is calculated for the whole period stipulated at the time of reservation.
PAYMENT MODES: For the final payment we accept cash (up to Euro 3000.00), bank cheque or transfer, credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Amex, American Express) or Bancomat (debit cards). We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.
PETS: Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) at the price of Euro 10.00 per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the suite and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the suites and in the common areas.
